Free cancellation with full refund for cancellation with 60 days notice.

In case of cancellation notice within:

• 59 days 10% of the rental amount will be retained
• 30 days 20% of the rental amount
• 10 days 30% of the rental amount
• 48h 50% of the rental amount

For special vehicles such as Minivans, Van, convertibles, SUVs, Sports Cars, Luxury Cars and cars with automatic gearboxes in each category, partial or total refunds are not available.

In case of failure to provide notice to cancel (notice), and in case that the customer does not show up for their car collection (no show) the entire amount of the rental fee will be withheld
